Internal game is the game that goes on inside your head―the thoughts and beliefs that affect your behavior, and ultimately how others respond to you. For example, if you have a belief that appearance is very important in getting laid and you are not a good-looking guy, then you will talk to fewer girls and get laid less. How you think about things like appearance, masculinity, and the concept of game will tie into your results.
