I, Svetlana Allilueva, do hereby and convey, jointly and severally, to my lawyers,

Edward S. Grecnbaum and

Alan U. Schwartz my power of attorney with power of substitution, thereby authorizing and empowering each of them to act for me in all immigration matters concerning the immigration Jaws, rules, and regulations of all countries throughout the world before any and ail governmental or administrative authorities, agencies, departments or other bodies which may be concerned with such matters.
