Celegorm and Curufin were defeated and fled
with Orodreth son of Finrod. Maidros the left-
handed did deeds of great prowess, and Morgoth
did not take Himling as yet, but he broke into
the passes east of Himling and ravaged into East
Beleriand and scattered the Gnomes of Feanor's
