Vincalis the Agitator is the story of a young man, Vincalis “Wraith” Padeuay, from the wrong side of the tracks, who befriends Solander Artis and his friends learn of how the Dragons maintain their magic and city by enslaving, brainwashing, and taxing the souls of the people, they organize public nonviolent protests.
